ERC 2024 0-5K Training Program

Registration starts on 2/4; Using our 12-week training plan, this Program starts on 3/24 and takes you from walking to running the Ricky Byrdsong Race Against Hate Sign up whether you've run before or not, we'll help you finish this great local race.
