Starting Saturday, Feb 2nd at, 8am at Norris Center on the NU Campus, we will begin our training schedule with fellow ERCers doing the Saturday Morning Long Runs.

We'll be using modified versions of the Hal Higdon training programs for "Novice 1" and "Intermediate 2".  The programs and guidance can be found at Higdon Half-marathon training.

The training schedule is set for the Chi-town Half on April 6th downtown, but you can modify the schedule to suit your own target race.
