Starting Saturday, June 29th at, 8am at Lighthouse Beach on Sheridan Rd north of Central St, we will begin our training schedule with fellow ERCers doing the Saturday Morning Long Runs.
We'll be using modified versions of the Hal Higdon training programs for "Novice 1" and "Intermediate 2". The programs and guidance can be found at Higdon Half-marathon training.

The training schedule is set for the Alpine Races on Sept 15th in Lake Zurich, but you can modify the schedule to suit your own target race.
