SATURDAY MORNING SPRING MARATHON TRAINING
For those members planning to run a spring marathon in 2026, Chris Deeney has put together a long run training schedule. The schedule is listed below and can be downloaded using the button. If you have questions, feel free to email Chris

The training targets the Boston Marathon on April 20th, but many of us will run in other events.
Modify the schedule based on the date of your target race.
ERC recommends the Hal Higdon training programs for "Novice" and "Intermediate" programs. You can find them here:

We mostly leave from Norris Center on the NU campus, but sometimes we have alternative starting points. Check your email for Chris' weekly updates
