Starting Saturday, June 17, 7am at Lighthouse Beach, we will begin our training schedule alongside the marathon training group.
We'll be using modified versions of the Hal Higdon training programs for "Novice 1" and "Intermediate 1". The programs and guidance can be found at Higdon Half-marathon training.

As a group , we will target the Chicago Half Marathon on Sept 23rd, but you can choose other fall halves to your preference.
