Starting Saturday, March 3rd at, 8am at Norris University Center, we will begin our training schedule with fellow ERCers doing the Saturday Morning Long Runs.
We'll be using modified versions of the Hal Higdon training programs for "Novice 1" and "Intermediate 1". The programs and guidance can be found at Higdon Half-marathon training.

As a group , we will target the Chicagoland Spring Half in Schaumburg on May 20th, but you can choose other spring halves to your preference.
