The 2008 ERC Member Survey showed that a primary benefit is “running with other people.” To encourage more members and friends to come out and run, now you know there will be somebody to run with!
We’re talking approximate paces and a variety of distances – Group 1: 8 min/mi or faster, Group 2: ~ 8-9 min/mi or Group 3: ~ 9+ min/mi. For questions or to sign up as a Pace Leader, please contact Nichelle Pajeau, who does a great job organizing all this!

For those of you training for Chicago or another Fall marathon, we have integrated a variation of Hal Higdon's 18-week training schedule into our SMLR.
